1. What AvaSpace does

AvaSpace helps hosts list spots, helps vendors find them, and keeps a record of requests, agreements, installation and rent.

AvaSpace is not a party to the agreement between a host and a vendor. In Phase 1 we don't write, check or hold your agreement, and we don't collect or hold your rent.

2. Your account

You log in with an email code, or with Google or Facebook. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Give true information. We can suspend an account that is misleading, abusive or breaks these terms.

3. Listings

Hosts must be allowed to rent out the space they list, and the details and photos must be accurate.

We review each new listing once before it goes live. Later edits publish straight away, and we may check or pause a listing that becomes misleading.

4. Requests and agreements

A vendor's request is an offer. A host can accept, decline or counter it. Contact details are shared only after a request is accepted.

Once a request is accepted, the host and the vendor sign their own agreement outside AvaSpace and record in the app that they have signed. That agreement, not these terms, sets the rights between them.

5. Rent and deposits

Rent and any deposit are paid directly between the vendor and the host. The app records payments and sends reminders, and each side confirms what they paid or received.

AvaSpace does not guarantee that any payment will be made.

6. Installation and problems

Take before and after photos when a machine is installed. If something goes wrong, contact the other side first. If you can't sort it out, our support team can help, but we can't decide your dispute for you.

7. Fees

Listing, requesting and renting through AvaSpace are free in Phase 1. If we introduce fees we will tell you first and show them before you pay.

8. What you must not do

Don't post false or illegal listings, harass others, use contact details you received for anything other than the deal, or try to break or overload the service.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep AvaSpace running and accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses between hosts and vendors, or for machines, shops or goods.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Malaysian law applies.
